Rebecca Bulayima Celebrates God’s Goodness in “OH MASIYA EH (Live)”
France-based Congolese gospel artist Rebecca Bulayima has released “OH MASIYA EH (Live),” a vibrant mid-tempo praise song recorded live in Abuja, Nigeria.
The new release is a live expression of her previously released song, featuring fresh instrumentation while retaining its central message of celebrating and experiencing the goodness of God.
Anchored on Psalm 34:8, “OH MASIYA EH (Live)” is essentially an invitation to “taste and see that the Lord is good.” Rebecca delivers the song with energetic vocals and African rhythms that create a lively atmosphere of praise.
The recording forms part of a new series of live sessions from the gospel singer and continues her approach of bringing different African musical influences together.
Rebecca Bulayima’s music reflects both her Congolese roots and Nigerian influences. She sings across Lingala, French and Yoruba, incorporating the cultures that have shaped her music and ministry.
Her previous release, “Esee Baba,” followed a similar multicultural direction, combining Yoruba, Lingala and French in an Afro-fusion thanksgiving song.
With “OH MASIYA EH (Live),” Rebecca continues that journey through a joyful expression of African praise, inviting listeners to celebrate God’s goodness with her.
