Jeremiah Usen Turns the Lord’s Prayer Into a Praise Song With “Our Father”
Gospel singer and songwriter Jeremiah Usen has released “Our Father,” a praise song inspired by the prayer Jesus taught His disciples in the Bible.
Written and composed by Jeremiah Usen, “Our Father” draws its inspiration from Matthew 6:9–13, commonly known as the Lord’s Prayer.
Rather than presenting the familiar passage solely as a reflective worship piece, Jeremiah gives it a danceable praise direction, combining its biblical message with an upbeat melody suited for praise sessions and joyful Christian gatherings.
The song points listeners back to the themes contained in the Lord’s Prayer, including honouring God, depending on Him, seeking His will and looking to Him for guidance.
Through “Our Father,” Jeremiah Usen offers a musical expression of one of Christianity’s most recognised prayers while inviting listeners to celebrate its message through praise.
The song is available to listen to and download.
