Inspired by the daily struggles of the poor and vulnerable, “Father Bless Me” is a sincere prayer for God’s provision—not only for personal blessings but also for the grace to become a blessing to others. The song encourages believers to extend love, hope, and practical support to those in need.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, Peter StoneCold said it is a cry for God to bless His people so they can help ease the suffering of the vulnerable and bring relief to hurting communities.
A native of Oyigbo Local Government Area, Rivers State, Peter StoneCold began his music career in the secular scene before dedicating his life to gospel ministry. He has ministered alongside renowned gospel artists, including Buchi, the late Sammie Okposo, Eben, Frank Edwards, Tim Godfrey, and Mercy Chinwo.
