Harley Ngwa, a Gospel singer, songwriter, and Worship leader from Cameroon, has unveiled his highly anticipated debut single titled “No Darkness” This worshipful track not only serves as a reminder of our identity as children of God but also holds the power to resonate deeply with people around the world.
“No Darkness” is a luminous composition that is set to touch the hearts of listeners globally. Harley shares that the inspiration for this song came from the Holy Spirit.
He explains that he received the chorus while meditating on God’s word during a challenging period in his life. Despite appearing fine on the outside, he was dealing with inner brokenness. As he sang this sound to God from a place of vulnerability, he experienced a profound moment when the Holy Spirit echoed those same words back to him: “Harley, there is no darkness in you. You are light, you are life, there is no darkness in you.”
Harley’s journey in music gained momentum during his time as the music prefect of his class (2012-2013) at Baptist High School Mankon. His pursuit of higher education at the University of Bamenda led him to join the choir of Full Gospel Church Mile 3 Nkwen. Under the guidance of the Davids Band music ministry, his vocal talents flourished.
